Bellaria
What to do within walking distance of the hotel
A small seaside town where you can find everything you could want as soon as you walk out of our hotel. In addition to the beach located right in front of Hotel Aurea, you have so much to choose from.
A lovely town center featuring a long tree-lined avenue, Isola dei Platani, full of typical little stores where you can go shopping in the evening, or where you can try local delicacies. There are plenty of bakeries open 24 hours a day where you can relish hot Romagna cream puffs at all hours, a real treat as a midnight snack before heading back to the hotel (we speak from experience!!).
For a different afternoon, we recommend a ride along the seafront in a rickshaw or up to Parco del Gelso, a green oasis around the eponymous small lake where there are games for children and several areas to relax, read a good book.
And to end the evening on a high note, take your kids to the Summer Park in Bellaria, the largest funfair on the Romagna Riviera! Open every summer evening with attractions suitable for all ages such as: the spinning coaster, the big Flume Ride, fun houses and the Super Ropo Burlone roller coaster.
